Additional notes:
XR-3578-0010, was a radical success compared to the other specimens. We have injected him with a serum that increases muscle strength for approximately 30 days at which time he will need to come back and be injected once more or the body will become too much of a strain. We will place a chip in his brain for tracking and control purposes.

We have also given him a button on his upper torso that will fire a EMP that will shut down any electrical devices. Although, it will shut XR-3578-010 as well during the blast so it is advised not to be used.
